Thanks for that basserdan. That site has exactly what I was trying to find. I used to have a site that gave that information but it vanished into cyberspace.. LOL..

Anyway the answer seems to be that the Swiss Franc currently makes up 2.59% of the DXY0 index; as I suspected, not a very significant amount, and certainly not enough to support any argument that it has a critical role in establishing the USD value.
