"Today, Argentina's economy continues to decline as they are unable to provide the investment neccessary to grow."

Since my brother has been running a business in Argentina for almost two decades, I've been privy to a running account of problems to be found in that fascinating but difficult country. Argentina got whacked beyond belief by the currency crisis of a few years ago, but is now doing much better. More than anything, they are being saved by agricultural products, specifically, by "porotes," that is, beans, (i.e.soybeans). Huge market in China.

Basically, I wouldn't worry about Argentina. They'll manage. They are habituated to chaos. As my brother once said, "we're actually in much better shape than you guys. If America falls, it'll be like falling from a ledge sixty stories up. When --- not if --- Argentina falls, it's like falling off a two foot bench, painful but everybody gets up and goes about their business."

(((Of course, much of that business involves making life hell for their fellow citizens, which is why they can never get higher than two feet off the ground, but that's another story.)))
