Bear, since you are up from your hibernation did you know that Cleveland’s ex-wife put up her house in San Marcos, California as part of securing his bail?
Bet you also forgot or never knew that San Marcos, California is 13.76 miles away from Encinitas, California. That's pretty close living to the Elgindy home when you consider that Tony told the court that Cleveland was 'just someone' who happened to be on his web site and not his co-worker.
San Marcos, California is 22 minutes away from Encinitas, California if you go from the edge of one city to the edge of the other city.

Encinitas is where Tony built his ‘new’ home.
I bet Tony built his new home in Encinitas just to be closer to Cleveland, his business partner, who used to live in San Marcos, California on Pebble Beach Drive, which is the ‘posh’ address I was referring to in an earlier post.
Both Encinitas and San Marcos, California are very close to Tijuana, Mexico. Did you know that, Bear?
It is easy to go over the Mexican boarder, at the Tijuana crossing, if you carry an identity card.
Tony was carrying a false Mexican I.D. card in the name of Heriberto M. Velazco in addition to the false Passport he was carrying at the time he tried to board the plane last spring of 2004 that landed him in jail without bail.
You were quite annoyed with me asking about that ‘posh’ address weren’t you Bear? You see I had the ‘other’ information on Cleveland, and just momentarily forgot that it was his ex-wife who still lives so close to the Elgindy’s in Encinitas, which also happens to be close to the Mexican boarder.
As it turns out, Cleveland’s ex-wife’s ‘posh’ address was not in the Calif. Town I thought it was in so I don’t know if this particular Pebble Beach address is really posh or not. What I do know though is that it is very close to the Elgindy residence.
Bear, my guess is that Cleveland moved back to OK after his divorce, which was probably within the last 2.5 years. My guess is that it was/is Cleveland’s ‘business’ affiliation with Tony Elgindy that made Cleveland’s wife divorce him. That’s just a ‘guess’ on my part that the divorce happened within the last 2.5 years. It could have happened before this but one thing I am sure of is how close San Marcos is to Encinitas and how close both are to the Mexican boarder.
Bear, do you happen to know how much ‘time’ Cleveland has to serve?
Is Cleveland in jail at the present time?
