Re: the Swiss Franc currently makes up 2.59% of the DXY0 index; as I suspected, not a very significant amount, and certainly not enough to support any argument that it has a critical role in establishing the USD value.

But then, tell me why Wall-Street smartasses put it in the USD index's currency mix in the first place??? Who needs a "dummy variable" (CHF) that barely changes the fifth decimal????
