DMA, The supreme court can rule until their crap don't stink, but those of us that paid the maximum during our earning years, had that money, forcibly taken from our paychecks, so regardless of what they say, it is OUR money, and there is only a faint possibility of ever getting all of it back. Had we been given the option to invest the same amount taken from us, the total return would be 4 times as much.

Social Security is a scam that came from the mind of Eleanor Roosevelt, not FDR, but he was used to get it passed. It has turned out to be nothing more than an additional tax on the working people of the nation.
