I think it is impossible for people to really "talk" about it. Those of us who were against the war see our worst fears coming to fruition. We see that the "facts" given in support of the war were false, and that the result of the war is probably going to be every bit as bad as we said it would be- and on top of that, we've killed a lot of Iraqis and destroyed large parts of Iraq, and the international image of the US, on the way to the bad result.

On the other hand, there are people who emotionally believe this war was Right. They believe this no matter how much the facts change, and will probably continue to believe it even if the result is bad.

How do you talk about that? I think the first group of people are either depressed or very angry, and the second group are delusional. There isn't going to be any meaningful conversation to be had between the two groups.
