Beginning to see some bullish breadth divergences here but on a short term time frame. We're push into the lower zone of support. This is a natural area for a bounce.

But there are some indications with the renewed strength of the $ weakness in metals that global economy is slowing. News out of Japan and Europe is not encouraging. Of course lower interest rates are a positive to the market and our consumers.

We seem to flip and flop on either side of this dynamic.

In the mean money flows will rule.
Anyone know what the likely impact of tax selling this year will be?
