The illegal consumption of electric power without the agreements of
power supply in Vladivostok will be ended
Today power engineering of Vladivostok was conducted sequential raid
according to the problematic users of electric power, not having the agreements of power supply and arbitrarily connected to
the electrical networks. Raid became the new joint operation Of dal'energosbyta, Gosenergonadzora, Vladivostok electrical networks and law-enforcement agencies. This time in the raid participated the representatives OF THE MEDIA.
In 11 months of the present year only in Vladivostok are established
about two and one-half thousands of facts of the embezzlement of
electric power, economic damage from which exceeds 16 million rubles. Special commission was created for dealing with this phenomenon during
September 2004, which examines all facts of the illegal consumption of electric power
and sanctions turning off of these objects.
As a result of the joint operation Of dal'energosbyta, Gosenergonadzora, To gorelektroseti and law-enforcement agencies of 211 arbitrary users
of electric power, 40 already concluded the agreements of power supply; 52 - guaranteed treaty consummation of 2004; 65 - are opened, On a number of users into the procuratorship of the Primorskiy Kray of
podany of turning to the criminal complaint and the attraction to the
administrative responsibilities for the embezzlements of electric
power. Furthermore, prior to the end of 2004 into the arbitrage will be podany actions to
the forced extension from the guarding zone of the electric power
lines of those established without slave the power engineers of
objects.
In the course of today's raid several objects were opened from the
power supply, which at the given moment, on the fact-finding of the commission, they are most "unguided": their management does not go not to any constructive dialogue on the
conclusion of a treaty of power supply and arbitrarily connects its
objects to the network after turning off.
Furthermore, in the course of raid, was demonstrated new instrument - indicator of net current "stork", intended for the remote determination of current load and development
of the embezzlement of electric power. New equipment is stocked up within the framework of special-purpose
program, by realizable JOINT STOCK COMPANY "Far-Eastern energetic controlling
company".

Begins work the new branch OF JOINT STOCK COMPANY "dal'energo"
"primgeneratsiya"
In JOINT STOCK COMPANY "dal'energo" is created new branch -
"primgeneratsiya", which will combine Vladivostok TETs-2, Partisan GRES - STATE REGIONAL ELECTRIC POWER PLANT and Artemovskeye
TETS - HEAT AND POWER PLANT. The director of new branch assigned Vladimir GRISHCHENKO, leading Vtets-2.
Already soon will begin the transfer of personnel of all three
stations into the work into "primgeneratsiyu". In parallel will begin the procedure of the transfer of property and
obligations to new branch. It is planned, that this work will be completed toward the end of the first quarter
of 2005.

production resources of the generating capacities of energy company

JOINT STOCK COMPANY "dal'energo" commissions the new substation
Substation JOINT STOCK COMPANY "dal'energo" "molded edge" will be put
into use to 31 December. The volume of investments into the project was order 50 million
rubles. The solution about the renewal of building was accepted by the
Director-General of the "Far-Eastern energetic controlling company" by
Victor BY BUTCHER in 2003.
According to the chief engineer OF JOINT STOCK COMPANY "dal'energo" of
Sergey KHITUNA, introduction into the system of new substation will make it possible
to unload Vladivostok TETS - HEAT AND POWER PLANT: this will noticeably improve situation with the power supply of
Vladivostok and will make it possible to continue connection to the
network of new users, which as a whole positively will influence the development of the
social and industrial infrastructure of city.
In parallel with this project energy company actively reconstructs the
distribution networks of Vladivostok. Next year the volume of means, the directed for the repair electric power lines, it will be increased by 10 percent.
