I think the problem is in the problem recognition. If you had expected candies and sweets and a cakewalk, then you would not not think of extra armament for the troops...btw, nevermind getting the official higher grade hummers, why can't they just ship metal sheets have the soldiers improvise the solution instead of having them go through the scrap yards?
