It will look one hell of a lot nicer than when I bought it. Of course it does now. Just a lot of maintenance that has built up and rather than taking one fix up at a time doing them all at once. Some times it's better to let things build up and fix them all at once as each effects the others.

This house cost $145k to build in 1976. I was the 6th owner when I bought it in 1984 for $105k. Not much had been done in the way of repairs or making things nice. Never had been painted, 1st coat took 24 gallons, 2nd coat took 6 gallons.
