Depends on when. One neighbor got $165k for a place appraised at $85k 15 years ago. Then State Farm started cutting jobs and two places started cutting the price by $10k per month after not selling and got nailed. A similar house in this area was listed at $275k and brought $350k. Great location but it all depends on State Farm. Have a good job at State Farm and want to have horses, big bucks. 5 minutes to State Farm or town but still live in the country and have horses and burn yard waste, this is the spot.
