We were both buying plumbing supplies and he comes over and says hi Bill, remember me? Yep, you tackled me in the slop. What was that slop?.. the run off from Bane Pierces horse lot? Yep we both went face down in it. We both started from a low place in life. State Farm now has 25k employees locally. They started a bank that when it started was bigger than Hanny-Manny. Will become the largest bank in the world in a few years. Neat thing is being a policy holder I own part of the company. Back when State Farm started my mother, my aunt and uncle were 3 of the 8 people in the company.
