I'm glad you typed in caps, I almost didn't see your post.

I know that the lawsuits claiming deceptive financial reporting exist, but am not worried about them. I believe the lawsuits will fail. Boston's accounting/reporting methods make it a little more difficult to determine the companies financial position; that's it. You can still figure it out, all of the numbers are accessible. They have done nothing wrong except that possibly their accountant slept through his class on investor friendly reporting methods.

Now quit shouting so I can go back to being apathetic and complacent.
