MacRandy, after all the misery you have gone through since Tony was first arrested in 2002, you still seem to admire the man. WHY??? Most others who were a part of his web site, and went through the same bad time as you have gone through aren’t as ‘loving’ as you are towards him. MacRandy, while you were paying $600 a month to know which stock to short you were also working for Tony on message boards giving either praise or slams toward the same stocks you were shorting. While all the board activity was on-going, Tony was visiting CEO’s and doing his ‘strong armed’ act on them to get free or low priced stock for himself. That’s WHY Tony made more money than any of the people he had working for him; the people who were working for Tony were ALSO paying him the $600 A month, TO WORK FOR HIM!!! You got it at both ends! I cannot imagine that Tony would have ever told any of you that he was terrorizing or extorting stock from the companies that he and you were shorting, praising or slamming. He didn’t do that, did he MacRandy? As long as he did not tell you he was terrorizing the CEO’s that he was getting his free or low priced stock from then you are NOT guilty of RICO. But you did pay for information; you paid Tony a total of $30,000 over a five year period at the rate of $600 a month. The information you got from him changed around late 1999 early 2000. During this time period it was purported to come from the FBI’s secure database. That is your problem area; did you believe Tony when he told you that Royce was an FBI agent, and that he was securing the information you were all using to short, or slam stocks on stock message boards from the FBI secured database? After reading what you posted the other day and what some others have posted in the past about what they have gone through since spring 2002 I hope all of you are able to put your experience with Tony in the past. MacRandy, I do not have animosity towards you or towards Ms. Janice; who loves to take shots at me every chance she gets, and she was not even a part of Tony’s web site! If Tony beats the RICO charge he will resume his business as he has done it in the past. I hope you do not join him. The second time around you may not be as lucky as you were this time. .
