This continues to show progress, IMHO. CSL is getting to submit a proposal that's a potential win-win situation -- it would give the VZ government a demo of a way of dealing with the sediment build-up in its hydro facilities and would allow (pay for) CSL to do the same bulk sample testing that it wants to do anyway for feasibility purposes. i.e. CSL would get paid to do something that would otherwise lead to stock dilution. Sounds good to me. :^)

Saw a monkey today, BTW. And no I'm not back in Toronto yet! Very cute. But it made a *horrible* howling noise... so obviously I wasn't so cute in the eyes of the monkey :^)
