Spent considerable time addressing all the negative articles from the press regarding the housing bubble. Toll says its a glass half full thing. The high end market is growing and will continue to expand based on population and increases in households earning $100,000/year.

there is no question that as long as the stock market and credit bubbles are kept alive, this will continue.

I know this for a fact, and I have the whip marks on my back from being short (thankfully not in a while) to prove it <g/ng>
