The ban is certainly a critical issue. But we must understand the context. It was put in place specifially because of the situation at Esquel and goes againsts the national mining law. This debate is far from over.

I agree that it present a risk to shareholders of both AQI and IMA.. but I also think that Navidad is simply to big for not taking a chance.
