All local.

I was able to stop catalog rebuilding on the 1998 and 1999 tables, but every attempt to do so on 1997 and current year is freezing that snap-in and I end up having to fire off another.

Trying to truncate the 1997 table right now, but that's gonna time out. When it does, I'll try deleting rows from it in small batches. Easy enough to repopulate later. Like this weekend when traffic shouldn't be terribly high. Main thing I'm trying to accomplish right now is getting CPU utilization down to a decent level.

I'm reluctant to stop mssearch, but that might be the next step. Stopping it and restarting it. It's what's hogging the CPU the most.
