Sorry it's taken me so long to respond. I had a buch of 3D stuff going on the last few days that prevailed. Okay, back to secular humanism.

First, what is the difference between a worldview, a credo, a faith or religion?

I personally think secular humanism is a worldview. It requires no belief in anything supernatural, and isn't that where religions and worldviews digress?

Now I realize the religious right is threatened by secular humanism (as they misunderstand it, in my opinion). As I recall you have advocated respect for people's religious belief systems. Since you seem to suggest it is a religion of sorts, do you think it could ever be excessive, in the same way religious excesses fanned historical events like the Inquisition?
