google will buy one of the leaders involved with the Linux operating system and seriously threaten the dominance of Microsoft by combining the operating system with their search engine Which reminds me of something I meant to mention. A few weeks ago I switched from IE to Firefox for browsing and I couldn't be more pleased. Among other benefits, it is enough faster to give new life to my old modem connection. FWIW.
