RE: "No one is forcing you to pray. No one is forcing you to listen." When it happens in school, it is forced. "in God we Trust" is forced upon people in school when they say the pledge. No ifs about it. It's forced. It's time to eliminate this type of forced control. It also teaches children to be dishonest because on one hand we say the Constitution guarantees a separation of church and state, while the other hand forces children to do the pledge of allegiance to "God we Trust." Hypocrytical. Dishonest. Inconsistent. I remember feeling guilty for our society when I was a child and I observed this duality of rules - the dishonesty of it. It was embarrassing to me to realize how our society was being dishonest: Society claimed one set of rules, but did exactly the opposite. That dishonesty bothered me. Regards, Amy J
