It sounds as if some attorneys are looking for a nice fat class action suit for Christmas.

As a parent, given the state of pop music today, if I really, really were that concerned, I would have looked up the lyrics of some of that group's songs online before buying. I certainly wouldn't expect "a multimillion-dollar corporation" to take responsibility for what my child hears.

It took me a whole ten seconds to find this group's lyrics online and figure out that they are not singing about sunshine and pure love.

And how on earth do they arrive at damages of 74K for exposing a child to the F word? I hope my boys don't see that or we will be bankrupt quickly.
If this fails, maybe Dad can try suing the school for making her sing O Holy Night.
