The blind person in that discrimination case lost. As you know, you can't stop people from filing lawsuits.

I was throwing out old clothes that were in my closet, and came across something you might find amusing -- I got it when I attended an ATLA convention -- American Trial Lawyers Association. It's a yellow enamel pin with a childish scrawl saying "ATLA - Protecting Our Families." That's their point of view, or maybe just good PR. But I think they believe it.

Whenever I think of PC, I think of Archie and Edith Bunker, arguing about things you should and should not say. If I had to pick one, I'd pick Edith, but the truth was usually somewhere in between.
