Yeah it was getting a bit off-topic there wasn't it .... just another reflection of the fact that very few care about this issue, which is of course its central cause - not even homebuilders and buyers in the US who are getting ripped off by the yellow pine lobby give a damn .... each one loses only a few hundreds or thousands, so even if they're aware of it, they don't care enough to stand up against the vermin that are diddling the market Don't care that much myself most days now ... it is what it is, a sad comment on our species, we just have to deal with it, muddle on through, and learn the lesson integral - we must always always stand on guard for Thee with vigour, never lose one inch of our sovereignty to those filthy buggers
