Not sure what "alleged unjust discrimination" means, though.

I took that to mean, for example, labeling as racist something that that is not racist but rather is a function of the oversensitivity of the offended party. Like "water buffalo." Or like finding unjust discrimination in the singing of "Jingle Bells" in your kid's classroom. But perhaps I was just predisposed to see it that way.
