Does the project as currently planned still involve hoovering up the whole riverbed, deepening the channel, and selling construction aggregate, i wonder .... if el gobierno local has any nearby highway construction planned, it would mesh nicely with a cleanup/placer operation, just needs a screen plant, crusher, few trucks, 980 loader .... it could be done relatively low-budget, with positive cash flow from early on
