Re: If memory serves me correctly, we're also picking up the tab on any losses the insurance companies suffer.

I seem to recall the same. This is certainly the case for airlines.

However, a quick check of Paul Thompson's timeline didn't yield any good information on the recent news regarding the Silverstein insurance claims.
