No county can ban Nativity from any home yard nor ban anyone from doing Christmas carols in their neighborhood. If a county did, they would be violating the law. RE: "This isn't about religion." I would agree. If a county violates a homeowner from expressing their religion, that county violates the law. RE: "It's about extremists destroying the traditions of this country" Um, sorry but move over, there are other religious traditions too, not just yours. Regards, Amy J
