DUK, one of the bigger power plays, has quietly been training their employee's in BPL and deploying it in several test area's. It has been very hush hush, and my guess is they are more interested in BPL for the technology it can provide them and the money it can save them.....actually using it to hook people up to the net I think is on their mind, but not their main objective....another reason I like BPL technology...most think it is just another faster and cheaper way to get around on the net, but the technology goes far, far deeper then that and the positives it can provide to many businesses is overwhelming......
