I don't think analysts upgrade or downgrade stocks strictly on reality. In other words, there are many reasons for a downgrade. In this instance, its a price downgrade. Those effect of those does not seem to last very long. I will sell my shares I bought at 38 3/4 around 48 whenever that is. Take a look at ZIGO, I am starting to build a large position there. A fund was selling, and that's fine with me, the stock bounced off support and the 100 dma and put in a hammer on the candlestick with a close at the high on volume.
