Dale SI's TOU have changed with the wind or whatever certain SI insiders are trading short. SNRS in Jan 2000. When the time comes, Bob can pull out whatever version fits. My 4 year old infraction free Jon Scott was terminated without warning, scores of posts deleted and altered by SI's in house Perl script writer, while convicted felon and fraud AP was able to flat out call me a criminal that will be jailed with zero recourse from SI.

Rick, any comments on the year-end report? It's seems that Magellan may be a little desperate if they have to issue three news releases that are average...at least to me. Is MAL's debt level too high?
I do like the fact that Bristol's doing more space work, can Magellan translate that into NASA work in the U.S.? That would be good....

Bambs -- you might be interested to learn that the 40% you're referring to is IN ADDITION TO, and NOT PART OF, Cisco's earnings. (Sorry for the shouting, folks, but this guy seems to need it.) Don't believe me? Check the sources. Here's Cisco's Statement of Operations filed September 28, 1999: edgar-online.com.
And here's the Statement of Cash Flows from that report:
edgar-online.com.
You'll see that, in the Cash Flow Report, the $837M in Tax benefits from employee stock plans is ADDED to the net income to report total cash flows. It's NOT counted in earnings.
I'm going back to lurking now. I hope you do too.

Well, Major, I am here. As I believe I have explained to the board some time ago, I will only repeat factual information that is in the public domain. This is your forum, not mine.
I am available by email, jkrueger@alpineoil.com, or toll-free at 877-474-4544.

Those are good points lazarre. Momentum has died off, and I agree fundamentals are as important as ever. And if they will matter, AHAA should do fine. In fact, I am keeping AHAA in my portfolio as an indicator of the market. If AHAA goes down, it means fundamentals and earnings growth doesn't matter, which translates into a declining market. If AHAA holds up or moves higher, the market may be alright. Not very scientific, but it is really as good as anything in this difficult to define market environment.

Re: Moderated Discussion
I appreciate you bringing that to my attention, Greg, but I won't be making any such application. I'm not wise enough to assume "god like" powers over others. Besides, a number of valued contributors began their association with G&K in a confrontational manner, and I might have hit the <kill switch> prematurely. I'd rather rely on group dynamics and SI's terms of use to weed out those whose sole purpose is to disrupt polite and productive discourse.
The threat of Oracle and Siebel competing has come up many times, and the fm cautions that the result of Gorilla wars are unpredictable. I'm watching it closely, as I did the csco/lu faceoff, and am monitoring comments from experts in both camps. Thus far, it appears to be more of a war of words than substance, but it has the potential to impact our investments. Since we have many more sebl than orcl investors on G&K, I'd appreciate any insights you can offer.

marketgems.com Technically it just bounced off support at about 117 1/2 the next resistance or target could be 140-142.. If it passes that then 162 and so on assuming the market climate offers a modicum of equilibrium.
