Extra Pale, the downside is dissolution of the share holders stock. 25,000,000 million shares out their. 5 million in Chevon vault not in the public hands. When ECD gets hold of them for 4.55 dollars a share they have a year to do it.

Now what they going to do with 5 million shares but sell them. One million at least to pay off Chevon. That leaves 4 more million on the public. If public can not absorb the shares to much supply and stock will go down.

If ECD negotiate a deal with Stock Fund not to sell for a few years give ECD time to show profits on its own it might work out. It kind of depends on how ECD handle it. "Dissolution "is the word stock holders dont like to hear.

I been trying to show down side to deal. The deal could favor ECDs botton line to tune of 77 million dollars.
