Yeah, well, I followed the runup to W's war in Iraq quite closely on FADG, and my perception is that most of the people who liked W couldn't wait for it to happen. "Glee" wouldn't be too strong a word for the reaction when it finally started. I used to call people on it occasionally, and I'd get this blather back about how "nobody likes war", but this was going to be a really cool one.

So now, it's what, 20 months or so since W's mission was catastrophically accomplished, and where are we? The line I get from W's legions of fans is that things are going really well there; that line, at least, has been remarkably consistent.
