We are not going to rah-rah their witless escapades a la Iraq just to slow them down from screwing us on the lumber

It's an absolutely related issue, yes, clearly their programmes in re Iraq and in re BC were both made in the same fashion - a very few fantastically powerful men cooking up schemes in the back rooms of Washington, then marketing their plans to a public divided between those gullible enough to swallow that crap and those smart enough to know better but too damn lazy to do anything about it

Yes, a lot of the wealth comes from seigneurage effect ... our challenge will be, to encourage the chinese to hold great bins full of loonies in their reserves .... it might help in this regard, if we made them out of copper, then they'd have the option of slimming them down to fourteen gauge, and running electricity through them .... no way they'd buy pixelated ersatz electronic loonies, would they ... would they? ... hey, let's try 'em on it, crank out some colourful paper versions as well
