<I thought it was covered with a forward production contract, so the gold is in the ground, 'covered', just not 'produced'.> I'm saying that as far as I know I-banks are hedged with options contracts from producers... the "sinister implications" are being made by black helicopter crowd you sight that it is 'naked' sales being piled up on a losing trade.
