I believe it is public info that MU is shipping 1.3 Mpx in volume to Nokia and has been doing that for a couple of months by now.
Most likely Nokia is not their sole customer for this device either.
Also they have used this platform to shrink their smaller devices thus making them very competitive where the real volume action is as well.
I am not up to date as for their developments above 1.3Mpx though right now.

Personally I strongly believe that MU with their single chip solution including their "Flow Processor" must be in violation of several of OVTI's patents in this area but I doubt OVTI would ever pursue this. Assuming that those patents are strong and could thus be defended or even used offensively, just imagine the intrinsic value of that IP if some large vendor like T.I. would acquire OVTI.
T.I. has a large legal department spending a lot of time on pursuing such cases for defensive and fiscal purposes.
