BIOMETRICS 2000 Corporation (OTCBB: BTOO) has entered into a strategic
partnership in the Japanese market with Orasis International, Inc., of Tokyo.
Orasis International. The Company designs, markets, re-sells and integrates
biometrics and wireless devices into existing electronic access control systems,
time tracking systems, health care systems and data security systems.
Biometrics 2000 is also a developer of a biometric-based device that monitors
child/parent identification. Biometrics 2000 developed a proprietary electronic
assess control system for physical security.
Under the terms of this partnership, Orasis International will handle marketing,
sales and integration services for the Biometrics2000 product line in Japan.
Biometrics2000 will provide technical and product support to the engagements
that Orasis identifies and will collaborate closely with the Orasis team to
develop custom, integrated solutions for customers in Japan.
