I am neither short nor long any homebuilder nor have I been short or long any homebuilder for something like 18 months. That said, If you want to start a homebuilder stock board I think you should do just that. Every so often, know it all trolls like you appear out of nowhere gloating about this that or the other thing. Typically trolls mark at least an intermediate top. Sometimes idiot trolls really believe what they are saying and are just overly excited blowhards at market tops, other times idiot trolls are just acting like "debbie downer" attempting to stir up trouble and poke fun at others without having a real stance on anything.
