To Harley, Gavin and all:

I received a long email from Mr Doppler yesterday. I only had time to have a quick glance at it. I have read it in more detail this morning.

Mr Doppler was extremely polite and thorough in answering the questions that I had asked of him. I had mentioned a couple of other thoughts but I had not put them forward as questions.

In brief, Mr Doppler has stated that he has met Gavin (Canada) and has spoken to Harley (USA)many times on the phone. Their locations are something that I have accepted to be true during my own DD just recently. My problems these last few days have prevented me from stating so here.

Mr Doppler spoke highly of both Gavin and Harley and stated that they both have large positions in the company.

At this time I have no reason to feel that Mr Doppler was anything less than sincere.

Based on this information, I offer my full and public apologies to both Gavin and Harley for mistakenly believing them to be the same person. I deeply regret any problems that I may have caused either of you. Unfortunately, it is impossible for me to turn back the clock.

While still not enthralled with their method of cheerleading stocks I fully understand that all individuals are free to make their own choices.

Harley, if you see fit at some future point, I would like to talk to you.
