Just add on a porch or pull up a small trailer next to the big one. He needs a place for guns,muddy boots, beer, and a place for the dogs to have puppies.
No gardening work either, the yard will already be decorated with every rusty car,truck, engine, or barbeque he ever owned.
If you know how to fix a flat, syphon gas, or skin a coon he would probably buy beer for you too.
