Mr Newbie,

No one seems too quick to respond to your questions, thought I'd give you a quick response.

Pennsaid is approved in Canada and a few European countries.

The US requested further clinical studies that should be complete the end of '05 if I remember correctly. I believe Germany and France also want this info before approval.

FDA wants long term effects looked at.

In my opinion the share price will go up when one of two things happen.

First DMX proves they can sell the product.

Secondly a partner in the US prior to approval with cash upfront or FDA approval in 2006 / 07 if you are willing to wait.

Remember this is just my opinion, I also thought this was a good investment in 1999 just to show how much I know. Don't rely on a board for advice. We are just spewing opinions.
