<<Will there be enough energy to heat and cool houses in 2030?>> Seems to me that if housing is built more compactly (as recommended by the report's author), then energy could be conserved or configured appropriately. Wonder about availability of good water supplies for such high projected population growth, though, at least in some areas of the country.
