Well, the nations largest employer believes they should keep you in that siuation forever. They also are influencing what others have to pay. Why should we pay a new warehouse employee $17 per hr and pd bennys when Wally pays 11.40 and allows you to help pay for health insur if you can afford it. We will pay better because we want to-- OH, and Xmas bonus' went out last Fri, wonder what Wally gave their employees. Sr warehouse employees are at $21.25.
