The SI home page does show this board as being the #3 Hot Investment Chat board today. The subject matter us lone mavericks touched on were too hot for the a@p community gatekeepers. I've read the sizzle, and found a question of "Same Evans?" was too hot for the a@p community to touch. Should make for interesting subject matter to read if the media is ever found to have participated in stock manipulation.

Thank you for giving me some back round on the SI community. Maybe I should be more open minded despite the condescending attitude I was welcomed with. The reason I said it seems SI turns a blind eye is one specific violator shouldn't have posted personal information without the persons permission or verification of the person being who he is feigned to be. In my short time of being a SI community participant I've been subjected to unfounded allegations and threats of a lawsuit by one of the a@p five. That is probably why allegations lacking substance don't sit right with me. I wont get redundant about it because even you have touched on the subject which means it is not only my observation. The bullyragging by the a@p gated community stomping on certain posters seems to be endless and most likely to divert from the too hot to touch subject matter. I understand about a board skirmish here and there but it seems to be a wave of attacks. The quote of attack the message not the messenger doesn't apply as it should. As to the trial, it has been a long awaited trial. I recall reading some thought it would only last 6 weeks. It started 11/01/04 the day I arrived in the SI community and I gather is still on going.

Now that you mention it, didn't I read mention made awhile back to close down that board? That choice may have been abated when the a@p_moderator was installed. To avoid being redundant I will leave it as you did but say I don't see black helicopters or hear them. I do hear ravens wings flapping as ravenseyes are watching. If there is ever a movie made about the trial, do you think there will be black helicopters in it?

It isn't the banning that concerns me, it is the reason why it happened that does. It's no skin off my back if I or others are on that board or not. The issue isn't about feelings, but it is about thoughts. To claim a question is a conspiracy theory as the a@p_moderator did is simply wrong. He/she wanted me censored to no pursue my question about Evans, even I know that because it is to hot to touch. The current trial is about conspiracy and it remains to seen if there is or isn't convictions on several counts. If there has been no wrong doing, then there should be no fear of questions being posed in the a@p gated community. I was unaware of the Sayre saga, the same Sayre who made mention of David Evans and the Elgindy group. The link I had posted was refuted beautifully with documentation by others to show that Sayre was found to be wrong, but was he wrong about Evans and Elgindy? The fact a poser was using tonys password before a new a@p gatekeeper was appointed is suspicious at best and I question how tonys acct was deemed to be in good standing considering it was being accessed by someone else. The free speech advocates have shown that only their free speech matters.
