Couldn't find any news on a merger with TLSP only on the old news on Paragren. I looked into TLSP a little bit and I see what you meen. I could see how both companies would benefit from this move but haven't heard anything. On a side note, this TLSP looks very intriguing. It's not very often that you see a company that is selling at less than half of book. It looks like TLSP has added a lot of debt lately in their expansion process, but over the long run, this could be a good stock. Do you or anyone else know anything about this company?
