Oh, I forgot, he is a Democrat, so whatever he did wasn't news on the liberally biased FMSM.

Violation of the privacy act. He accepted a tape of Newt's cell phone conversation which he knew was not made by a participant. He then distributed the illegally taped conference call to the media. (If you care about civil liberties, you should be offended by this.)


What's your point? The second judge agrees with you and McDermott has to pay a fine.

But, more likely, you will spin this as something else. What tangent you will use to disregard Democrat illegal activities will have to be a surprise to me.

I didn't spin it "into something else". Its the same thing that someone in the Bush administration did when they leaked the name of the CIA operative wife of Wilson. Leaking stuff to the press is not cool but it goes on in DC all the time by both sides.

Again, I ask...why do you only see the faults of the one side and not the other?
