Eric,

Claude's objectivity indeed may be suspect. We understand he is on the payroll of AQI as their official spokesperson. We understand he is also trying to get on IMR's payroll as well, to even it out.

That's why I like reading your posts E. Sometimes you have hit it right on with dry humour.

Regarding your question who said mining in Chubut would be developed on a case by case basis. Public statements from the Argentinean minister in charge of mining on a promotional tour to Canada speaking to businessmen approximately one year ago.

Also of interest is the comments made by the Bolivian Foreign Ambassador to Canada who spoke to the Canadian International Petroleum Congress here in Calgary last August (?). He said that the Bolivian Native peoples as well as most of the Indigenous peoples of South America want to be respected and have a say in how the resources are developed.

In Bolivia they recently voted to give the green light to Natural gas development under some new terms, terms that were negotiated with them in mind.

South America is open for Business Eric. One needs to be mindful of the Indigenous Indians.
