Well, then let's privatize Social Security!

Let's SEGREGATE Soc. Sec. from EVERYTHING else and have independent managers run it as one giant fund.

Since it gets NO return at present, it would have to be an improvement.

Then the CBO could report the ACTUAL budget deficits!!!
