S & P rates A, a hold after the call. They lowered 2005 estimates by a Nickle to 1.19. They view it fairly valued. They do like the cost cutting measures A has taken to reduce cost structure.

I take this with a grain of salt right now. In high tech. a full years estimate, with a conservative estimate. Just sets A up for an upgrade later by S & P or someone else.
