Gloop, the way things work in the California judicial system, Peterson may well die of old age in prison before his appeals run their course.

That these might not have been his first murders has occurred to a number of others. My take on Peterson is that he epitomizes sociopath.

Among my random thoughts is that I can't quite figure out why Peterson would choose an attorney to defend him who had for weeks been loudly and publicly proclaiming his guilt, right up until he took the case. Another question is why he would choose an attorney who had never tried a death penalty case. - Holly
